Finding a Dimly Remembered Book

January 16, 2012

Finding Old BooksHave you wanted to find a book from childhood, but you can only remember pieces of the story or title, or maybe only remember what the book looked like? Your first stop should be your local library. Libraries have resources and tools to find books based on the main plot or story line, but if that leads to a dead end, try the Book Stumper service at the Loganberry Books website.

For a small fee of $2.00 (redeemable with a book purchase) you can submit the little bits of information you remember, and the staff at Loganberry and online readers will chime in with their help to discover the book title and author.

You just might find that old book and enjoy re-reading it as an adult or sharing it with your children.
